About me

I have been collecting miniatures for more than 22 years. I started collecting Ral Partha and Citadel miniatures for role playing games and slowly drifted to wargaming. About 12 years ago I started collecting professionally painted miniatures and my collection has been growing ever since.   ​​

Now I own miniatures that received several prizes in the top international painting competitions and personally know many of the most famous figurine painters in the world.

My experience as a collector has grown together  with the slow drift in the painting community from miniatures "colored" for playing purposes to miniatures with a real artistic value.

I am also a scientist and as such I have been gathering data over the past 4 years about the market revolving around these masterworks. One of my goals is to use this data to help other collectors to understand better the market of professionally painted miniatures.
